How do I measure at home?
We provide a short guide with photos: shoulder, bust, sleeve, length and a front-closing check. Ask a friend to help.
Can I return or exchange?
State your policy exactly, for example exchange within 7 days if unworn, and that custom pieces cannot be returned except for fit issues.
Which fabrics do you use?
List fabrics honestly with their feel and care: crepe, nida, linen blends. Do not claim a fibre you cannot document.
Do you deliver outside Kuwait?
If you do, say which countries and how long it takes. If not, say so.
