Owners must state the real licence and registrations and list the engineers who sign drawings. Never claim approvals you do not hold.
How long does a villa design take?
Usually 2 to 3 months through concept and permit drawings, depending on approvals and your decisions.
Can you reduce cooling costs?
Yes. Orientation, shading, insulation and glazing choices affect cooling. We describe expected improvements, not guarantees.
Do you give a fixed fee?
State your real method. Many studios fix fees per stage and share the stage list before starting.
