Where do you deliver?

State your delivery areas and cut-off times, and note that remote sites cost more.

What about safety with heaters?

Explain ventilation, never sleeping with a heater on in a closed tent, and carrying a fire blanket.

What if something breaks?

State the damage policy and deposit clearly.

Can I book for a public holiday?

Book early. Peak weekends fill up in winter.
