Reviews
Reviews
The ivory rug in our diwaniya had a tea ring for two years. It came back clean and soft.
They measured, gave one clear price and the carpet was dry by the next evening as promised.
Pickup was on time and each rug was labelled. Good with the wool pieces.
Questions
Questions
How long until the carpet is dry?
On-site cleaning usually dries in 6 to 10 hours with fans running. Rugs from the plant are returned within 48 hours.
Will cleaning damage a wool or silk rug?
Not when washed by hand with a gentle pH-neutral cleaner. We test for colour run first and tell you if a rug is too delicate.
Do you remove all stains?
Most, but not all. Old dye, bleach and burns can be permanent. We tell you what to expect before we start.
Can I stay at home during cleaning?
Yes. Keep children and pets out of the room until it is dry and the windows can be left slightly open.
