How far ahead should I book?
At least 5 days for trays, 3 weeks for weddings and large events. Eid and Ramadan need more notice.
Is the food halal?
State your real suppliers and kitchen certification.
How do you keep food safe and hot?
Explain your real process: temperature control, insulated transport and time limits. Food safety is the first thing customers worry about.
Can you cater for allergies?
We label ingredients and can prepare separate dishes, but we cannot promise an allergen-free kitchen.
