Are your electricians licensed?
Owners must display the licences that apply in Kuwait and only claim what they hold. Ask to see an ID on arrival.
What should I do before you arrive?
Do not touch exposed wires. Switch off the affected circuit at the board if it is safe, and keep children and pets away.
What if there is a burning smell?
Switch off the main supply if it is safe to do so, leave the area and call emergency services if you see smoke or fire. Then call us.
Do you give a warranty?
Parts and labour are covered for a stated period written on the receipt, excluding misuse.
