Do you do a patch test for colour?

Yes, for first-time clients at least 24 to 48 hours before colouring. Allergic reactions are possible, so we never skip this.

Is it a women-only salon?

Owners should state their real privacy rules, including photography and staff.

How long does a colour appointment take?

A root colour takes about two hours. Balayage can take four to six hours.

Is keratin safe?

Some smoothing products release fumes or contain chemicals. Ask which product is used, how it is ventilated and who it is not suitable for.
