Do you bring the parts?
We carry common fixings, silicone, hinges and tap washers. Bigger parts such as a new tap or lock are quoted separately and shown to you first.
Do you do electrical or gas work?
No. We swap a bulb or a light fitting that is already wired, but anything beyond that goes to a licensed electrician. Owners should list what they are qualified for.
What if the job takes longer than quoted?
We tell you before we pass the quoted time, and agree the extra with you. No surprise bills.
Can you work in a rented flat?
Yes, but check with your landlord before drilling into walls or changing locks. We can use no-drill fixings where possible.
