Share origin, harvest date and any lab test you actually hold. Never claim certificates you do not have.

Does honey crystallise?

Yes, naturally. Warm the jar gently in warm water.

Is honey safe for babies?

Honey is not recommended for babies under one year. State this clearly.

How long does honey last?

Store sealed in a cool, dry place. State a sensible best-before.
