How is price calculated?

Gold pieces are priced by weight at the current gold rate plus a making charge. Diamonds are priced by cut, colour, clarity and carat.

Do you give certificates?

State exactly which gold hallmarks and diamond certificates you provide. Do not claim a grading lab you do not use.

Can I sell or exchange my gold?

Describe your real policy, including the testing method and the difference between buy-back and exchange rates.

How do I care for jewellery?

Remove before swimming, cleaning and sleeping. Clean gently with warm soapy water and keep pieces separate.
