What if something is damaged or lost?
We photograph items at pick-up. If we cause damage, we compensate up to a stated limit written in your receipt. Owners should state their real policy.
Do you remove stains?
We treat common stains for free. Some, like old ink or dye transfer, may not come out and we tell you before we start.
Can I request fragrance-free washing?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we use unscented products for baby and sensitive skin.
Do you wash by the kilo or piece?
By the kilo for everyday clothes and by the piece for pressed and dry-cleaned items.
