Use a proper burner and a heat-safe surface, keep away from children and pets, and never leave charcoal unattended. Ventilate the room.
Do you have alcohol-free options?
Yes, perfume oils and bakhoor are alcohol-free. Always list ingredients for people with allergies.
Can I return opened fragrance?
State your policy. Most shops do not accept opened items, but exchange unopened sets.
