How do I know the oud is genuine?
Owners should explain origin, age, grading and testing for each oil in plain words. Never claim an origin you cannot document.
How should I apply oud?
A little on pulse points, never rubbed hard. Oud oils can stain light fabrics, so test first.
Can I return a perfume?
State your real policy. Opened fragrances usually cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Do fragrances contain alcohol?
Say which are alcohol-free oils and which contain alcohol, since many customers ask.
