Do you need vaccination proof?
We ask for an up-to-date vaccine record to protect all pets in the salon. State your real rule.
Will you sedate my pet?
No. We never sedate pets. If a pet is too stressed, we stop and advise you to speak to your vet.
What about heat?
In summer we use short, cool sessions and avoid shaving double coats without a reason, since the coat helps protect from sun.
Do you groom aggressive dogs?
Please tell us in advance. We assess each pet and may recommend a vet visit first.
