What counts as an emergency?

Breathing trouble, heatstroke, poisoning, seizures, serious wounds or not passing urine. Call us immediately. For heatstroke, move the pet to shade and cool them with room temperature water on the way.

Do you treat exotic pets?

State exactly which species your vets treat. Rabbits, birds and reptiles need specific experience.

Is surgery safe?

All anaesthetic carries some risk. We examine your pet and run blood tests before surgery to lower it, and we explain the risks.

Do you keep pets overnight?

Owners should state the real overnight care arrangement and whether staff are present at night.
