    Tell us the event or goal, location and style references. We confirm the date and send a quote.

    Agreement

    A simple written agreement and deposit. The agreement lists deliverables, delivery date and usage rights.

    Shoot

    Small crew, quiet gear, natural light. We follow a shot list you approve.

    Edit and delivery

    First cut in two to three weeks, one round of changes, final files in a private link.

Do you film events with women-only sections?

Say what you really offer: female operators, no filming of the women's section, or filming only with agreement from the family. Be clear.

Who owns the footage?

State it. Usually the client gets a personal licence for the finished film, and you keep the raw footage unless agreed otherwise.

How long until we get the film?

First cut in two to three weeks for weddings, three days for event recaps. We tell you at booking.

Do you need permits for filming?

Public places, drones and some venues need permission. We check and tell you before the shoot.
