Do you clean in summer heat?
Yes, but we start early. Glass that is too hot dries before it can be wiped and leaves streaks, so outside work is planned for the morning.
Can you reach high windows?
We use poles and ladders up to two floors. For higher glass we recommend a licensed rope-access company, and we will tell you honestly if a job is beyond our kit.
Do I need to be home?
Someone should let the crew in and sign off at the end. Shops can arrange a key or an after-hours visit.
What if it rains the day after?
Rain in Kuwait brings dust with it. If the glass is spoiled within three days of our visit, message us and we rinse it once for free.
