Frontend
The frontend is the part of an app that people see and touch: the screens, buttons and words.
In a simple example
The booking form, its colours and its Book button are the frontend.
Why it matters to you
Anything in the frontend can be read by visitors, so never place a secret there.
Do not confuse with
The frontend is the shop window. The backend is the stock room.
