Terms of use
Plain words about using The Prompt Bakery website and the Learn app.
DRAFT. A lawyer has not checked these terms yet. They must be checked before we charge money or promote the service widely.
Who we are
The Prompt Bakery is a platform of Crowd Company for Organizing and Managing Festivals and Events, Kuwait. It shares website recipes and templates, and a free course that teaches people to make a simple website with the help of AI.
Using the service
The recipes, templates, guides, presentations and the course are free to use during the pilot. Some features need a free account. Please give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
You are responsible for what you do with your account and what you publish. Please do not use the service to break the law or to harm others.
Websites you publish
When you publish a website from the Studio it gets a free link that lasts 7 days. You are responsible for what is on it. Do not publish anything that pretends to be a bank, a government office or another business, that asks visitors for card numbers, passwords or codes, or that is against the law. We may hide or remove a site that breaks these rules.
Recipes, prompts, templates and the course
They are for your own use to build your own websites and documents. Please do not copy and resell them as your own course, template pack or product.
All brands, names and numbers in them are invented examples. AI can make mistakes: check every result before you publish or rely on it.
Paid items
The pilot is free. If paid plans are added, the price and what is included will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated first.
No guarantee
We try hard, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always work or be free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms and will show the new date here.
