A subscription is a payment that repeats on its own, every month or year, until the customer stops it.
In a simple example
A customer pays 3 dinars each month for a weekly flower box, and cancels when they want.
Why it matters to you
Steady payments make income easier to plan, but customers must be able to cancel easily and clearly.
