Custom fonts do not load (wrong font shows)

Most likely cause

The font file is not found at the address in the CSS, was blocked, or the font is only installed on your computer.

Check first (about two minutes)

Is the font installed on your computer but not uploaded with the site?

1. Find the font declarations and the font files in the project.
2. Make sure the files are in the published folder and the paths are right, use woff2, and add a sensible fallback list.
3. Check the font includes Arabic letters if the site has Arabic text.
4. Check the font licence allows website use.
