Fix · Pages, phones and Arabic
Dates and times are off by hours (Kuwait time)
Kuwait and Gulf
What you may see
- An order shows 3 hours earlier or the wrong day
- A scheduled job runs at the wrong hour
Most likely cause
Servers and databases store times in UTC, but people expect Kuwait time (UTC+3, no daylight saving).
Check first (about two minutes)
- Compare the time in the database (UTC) with your clock.
The fix prompt

After you tried it, did it work?
Steps
- Find where times are stored and where they are shown.
- Store times as UTC timestamps; format for display with the Asia/Kuwait time zone explicitly (not the server's zone).
- For "today" or "this month" reports, compute the day boundaries in Kuwait time.
- For scheduled jobs, convert Kuwait hours to UTC (subtract 3).
Do not do this
- Do not store local-time strings without a zone.
- Do not change stored times in old data.
