2. Walk me through the official recovery route for that system. If the site's own admin has no recovery, explain a safe way for the owner of the database dashboard to set a new password or add an admin through the dashboard, not by editing data casually.
3. After regaining access, add a second admin account for emergencies, save recovery codes, and test the recovery path.
