2. Call the AI only from the server, with the key in a server-only variable; set a hard monthly spending cap, a per-person and per-day limit, a maximum message length and a stop switch.
3. Treat visitors' messages as untrusted text: it must not follow orders hidden in them, reveal its instructions, or perform actions without a person's approval.
4. Add a "talk to a person" button, show clearly that it is an AI, store conversations only if needed with a retention time, and test with tricky questions in both languages.
