1. Build the cart (add, change quantity, remove, keep between visits) and a short checkout in English and Arabic with clear errors, big touch targets and right-to-left layout.
2. Send only ids, quantities, options and a coupon code to the server; compute prices, discounts, delivery and total there; save the order with a unique reference before any payment.
3. Validate phone and address formats for Kuwait (areas, blocks), with a free-text fallback, and show the full summary before confirming.
4. Show the order status page with a safe link, send the confirmation email, and then add payment as a separate step (see the payments step).
