Fix · Google and sharing
My site does not appear on Google
What you may see
- Searching my business name shows nothing
- The site is new
Most likely cause
New or changed sites take days or weeks to be found; some sites also block search engines by mistake (noindex, robots rules) or have no links pointing to them.
Check first (about two minutes)
- Search Google for site:yourdomain.com: are any pages listed?
- Check the page source for "noindex" and the robots file for a Disallow rule for everything.
The fix prompt
What you type here never leaves your browser. The search runs on this page, and nothing is sent to a server or to an AI.
Kept only in this browser, on this device. Keys and passwords are removed before anything is saved.
Prompt language
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, then follow what it says.
After you tried it, did it work?
Steps
- Check the page for a noindex tag or header, the robots file, and that the live domain (not a preview address) is the one being checked.
- Make sure the site has a sitemap, a clear title and description per page, and real content; tell me how to add the site to the search engine's webmaster tools and submit the sitemap.
- Suggest 3 honest ways to get real links (business listing, social profiles, local directories).
Do not do this
- Do not leave the "discourage search engines" setting on after launch.
- Do not buy links or fake traffic.
