Build and check your accounting app

1. ☐ Build it from the accounting prompt
   1. In the Library open Prompts, Build a real app, Simple accounting system.
   2. Build it with the app guide, using fake data only.

   You should see: The app runs on your computer with sample customers and invoices.

2. ☐ Check the numbers by hand
   1. Press Copy and send it to a chat app.
   2. Enter the same invoices in the app and compare every total.

   You should see: Every total, balance and status matches the sheet to 3 decimals.

3. ☐ Try the file for your accountant
   1. Press the export button for a date range.
   2. Open the file and check the Arabic names and the 3 decimals.

   You should see: Arabic names look right and every amount has 3 decimals.

4. ☐ Show it to your accountant
   1. Press Copy and send it to a chat app to get the list.
   2. Send the list and the sample export to your accountant.

   You should see: Your accountant tells you what is missing and what not to rely on.

5. ☐ Plan your own backups
   1. Pick a day each month.
   2. Export everything and save it in a folder you control.

   You should see: A reminder in your calendar and a folder with your first export.
