Most likely cause

The form's request fails somewhere between the button and the mailbox, and the page does not show where.

Check first (about two minutes)

Open the browser Network tab, press Send, and read the status of the request (200, 400, 500, or red).
Check the browser console for a red message at the moment you press Send.

1. Find the form, where it sends (the address and method), and what the server does with it.
2. Reproduce with a harmless test message and read the exact status and answer; fix the first failing link of the chain (the address, the fields the server expects, a missing key, CORS).
3. Show the visitor a true message: success only when the server confirmed; a clear error otherwise, with another way to reach me.
4. Test again with real conditions (phone, other network).
