My emails land in spam

Blocks your work

What you may see

  • Customers say they find my emails in the spam folder
  • Gmail shows "via" or a warning

Most likely cause

The receiver cannot prove the message really comes from your domain (missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records), or the content looks like spam.

Check first (about two minutes)

  1. Send a test to a free mailbox and open "show original": do SPF, DKIM and DMARC say PASS?

The fix prompt

What you type here never leaves your browser. The search runs on this page, and nothing is sent to a server or to an AI.

Kept only in this browser, on this device. Keys and passwords are removed before anything is saved.

Prompt language

Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, then follow what it says.

After you tried it, did it work?

Steps

  1. Check the three records for the sending domain with a public lookup tool and compare with what the email service asks for.
  2. Add or fix the records at the domain company (the email service shows exact values), keeping existing mail records.
  3. Send from an address on my own domain, with a real name, a plain subject and no all-capital words or too many links.
  4. Add a plain text version and an unsubscribe line for marketing mail.

Do not do this

  • Do not buy a list of addresses or send bulk mail without permission.
  • Do not delete existing MX or other mail records.
