Next step · What to do next
Set a simple routine for adding images that keeps the site fast
What you may see
- I keep adding big photos and the site gets slower
Why this step
One rule at upload time stops the slow creep: every image is resized, compressed and named before it goes online.
Before you start
- Who adds images: you, staff, or customers?
The prompt for this step
What you type here never leaves your browser. The search runs on this page, and nothing is sent to a server or to an AI.
Kept only in this browser, on this device. Keys and passwords are removed before anything is saved.
Prompt language
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, then follow what it says.
After you tried it, did it work?
Steps
- Decide target sizes for each place (hero, card, thumbnail, share image) and a maximum file size.
- Add automatic resizing and compression at upload (or a script), lower-case Latin file names, and a required alt text field in both languages.
- Reject files that are too big or the wrong type with a clear message and convert phone formats (HEIC) to JPG or WebP.
Do not do this
- Do not accept any file type.
- Do not delete the originals.
