Let customers see their orders and status

What you may see

  • Customers keep asking "where is my order?"

Why this step

A clear status page answers the most common question and saves your time, if it shows only the right person their own order.

Before you start

  1. Do customers have accounts, or do they get a private link by email?

The prompt for this step

What you type here never leaves your browser. The search runs on this page, and nothing is sent to a server or to an AI.

Kept only in this browser, on this device. Keys and passwords are removed before anything is saved.

Prompt language

Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, then follow what it says.

After you tried it, did it work?

Steps

  1. Build a status page showing steps (placed, paid, preparing, on the way, delivered), the items, the total and the delivery details, in English and Arabic.
  2. Protect it: signed-in owner only, or a long random private link; show nothing for a wrong or guessed link.
  3. Update the status from the staff screen and send an email at key steps; do not expose staff notes or other customers' data.

Do not do this

  • Do not show the phone or address in the open link beyond what is needed.
  • Do not use sequential order numbers in links.
