Most likely cause

The built-in email sender of a project is limited and often lands in spam, or the project is not set up to send from your own domain.

Check first (about two minutes)

Check the spam and promotions folders and wait two minutes.
In the dashboard, look at the Authentication logs for the send attempt and any error.

The built-in email sender of a project is limited and often lands in spam, or the project is not set up to send from your own domain.

1. Read the auth logs I paste (no secrets) and tell me whether the email was sent, rate limited, or failed.
2. Explain the limits of the built-in sender and when to set up a custom email service (SMTP) with a verified sending domain.
3. Check that the confirmation link is allowed in the redirect settings.
4. Give me the steps to set up the custom sender, naming the settings fields (the page may be labelled differently), and to test with an address on another provider.
Stop and tell me if what you see does not match a step. Do not skip ahead.
